Design Week Portland 2017: Join Grady Britton for a Live Recording of “Have a Nice Idea” featuring Duncan Channon ECD Anne Elisco-Lemme

You know Anne Elisco-Lemme. You know Anne Elisco-Lemme even if you don’t know Anne Elisco-Lemme.

You know her from her work, which includes campaigns for Kona Brewing, Kettle Foods, Esurance, Lake Tahoe, and the California Tobacco Control Program. You know her agency, Duncan Channon, as a 2016 Ad Age Small Agency of the Year. And you know her from her brand-relaunching, straight-talking, self-trolling, trend-bucking, ghost-conjuring, no-time-to-explain approach to creativity and communication.

So you know we had to get Anne on the “Have a Nice Idea” podcast. What you didn’t know is that she’ll be joining our Executive Creative Director Andy Askren for a special live recording of the show for Design Week Portland 2017.

“I’m super excited to be speaking with Anne in a couple weeks,” says Andy. “She is one of those award-winning creatives who doesn’t have to claim the spotlight to be a badass. To me, that tells me something about her as a confident, creative person. I’m particularly interested in what others can learn from her experience.”

On Thursday, April 27th, join us as we get to know Anne (maybe even yourself) better through an evening of conversation, drinks, and—of course—ideas. It’s ECD plus ECD in a West Coast marketing and creativity cocktail with personal and professional insights shaken and stirred and served straight up.

We’ll talk about things like Anne’s meteoric rise from Duncan Channon Art Director to its creative lead, earning last year’s Ad Age honor, the art of keeping client relationships healthy, what leads women to drop out of the industry as they get older, and the importance of maintaining a rich life outside of the office. Oh, and Duncan Channon’s new logo, which the agency swiftly and soundly belittled before the internet had a chance to.
